"Improvisation is freedom. It is total flight. When I improvise, I am truly myself, with no ego and zero judgement. For me, improvisation is more than an art form – it's a way of life."

ABOUT ME…

I am an actress, improviser and teacher based in Israel. Since graduating from Acting Studio in 2002, I have acted in diverse theater, film and television productions in Israel (including one super cool horror movie).

Upon discovering the world of improvisation in 2005, I have performed with several improv groups including an all-woman ensemble named Anna’s Friends and LAMABATI (one of Israel  outstanding group).  For 5 years I have been the co-artistic director and a member of LAMABATI, I developed several original formats with which we performed throughout Israel and in festivals all over the world.

Currently I am a co-founder, member and co-artistic director of the trio “Momentum” – one of the leading improv groups in Israel. we teach and perform internationally with our unique format “No Edit”.

I tour the world  performing and teaching acting and improv,  individually or with my groups, as festival instructor or private calling. I have been performing and teaching  in more than 10 countries. (including: Finland, Estonia, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Canada, Sweden and more…

In Israel I teach acting and improvisation since 2010. My teaching spans acting schools, high schools, private groups and a theatre school for orthodox Jews. I also coach several improv troupes, including an all-orthodox women’s group.

I am the co-founder and the artistic director of “20,000 Words”, an improv performance and workshops that teaches and advocate gender equality throughout Israel.

I am married and a mother to three children (including two adorable twins). I love escape rooms Apps, Moroccan cooking, crazy water park slides and detective dramas. I am a brown belt in Jujitsu, and my favorite animal is the sea turtle.
